DAY 1:
On Monday, the Agora music group went on the groovy bus to take a tour of places with music diversity such as: Uptown, Bronzeville. Also, we went to the History Museum of Chicago and explored the museum learning about the Jazz background.
The Meyer's cafe opened in 1921 and was originally called "Sunset Cafe"
Louis Armstrong was the manager, who owned it.
The Argon was made to look like Spanish Architecture.
In this picture, we are standing outside of the Meyers Hardware store. This store used to be a jewish club.
DAY 2:
On Tuesday, the Agora music group went to the Japanese Cultural Center. There, the group fought each other in a non-aggressive way, and danced to special brazilian fighting music. We learned about different instruments such as: drums,bells, tambourine.
